Today, we are sharing with you a real-life shooting case of the decoration design of a single family villa with a building area of nearly 900 square meters after the completion of the construction. The residential population situation, husband and wife, parents and two children, as well as the design and construction tracking, are mainly the responsibility of the elderly, so the overall design style is based on the preferences of the family.

This house is located on Haowang Mountain in Longhu, Songjiang, Shanghai, with a modern style.
一层入户玄关两侧做了顶天立地的鞋柜，鞋柜下方悬空，可以放临时放鞋子，加上暖色灯带，增加辅助采光，让空间更有观赏性。
On both sides of the entrance hall on the first floor, there are towering shoe cabinets. The shoe cabinets are suspended below and can be used for temporary shoe storage. Warm colored light strips are added to increase auxiliary lighting and make the space more ornamental.

在正门对面，我们特意采用红砖砌制了一道屏风，以与建筑形成视觉上的对称和遮挡。在材料的选择上，我们选用了进口的意大利天然石材。这种石材的纹理是大自然赋予的独特印记，每一块都独一无二。石材的纹理图案，它像一只虎在回头观望，这一设计寓意着公司的生意能够持续繁荣昌盛，红红火火。
Across from the main entrance, we deliberately built a red brick screen to create visual symmetry and obstruction with the building. In terms of material selection, we have chosen imported Italian natural stone. The texture of this stone is a unique imprint bestowed by nature, and each piece is one-of-a-kind. The texture pattern of the stone resembles a tiger looking back, symbolizing the company's continued prosperity and thriving business.

从玄关进来左手边就是我们的客厅 ，映入眼帘的就是6米高的电视背景墙，电视背景墙分三段设计，中间用的是天然石材，在石材的选择上用的是带透明水晶的石材，石材背面做的有灯光，开灯时可以看到金光灿灿。电视背景墙两侧使用皮质硬包做的。
On the left side of the entrance is our living room, and what catches the eye is a 6-meter-high TV background wall. The TV background wall is designed in three sections, with natural stone used in the middle. The stone used is transparent crystal stone, and the back of the stone is made with lights. When you turn on the light, you can see the golden light shining brightly. The TV background wall is made of leather hard packaging on both sides.

客厅的茶几是在石材工厂定制的，地砖铺贴的是800*1600mm大砖，效果很大气。
The coffee table in the living room is customized in a stone factory, and the floor tiles are laid with 800 * 1600mm large bricks, which have a very atmospheric effect.

二楼走廊加出来弧形平台，表面用大理石做弧形拼接，配上茶色灰玻，扶手是用的实木材质，然后做黑灰色的哑光漆。吊顶以简为主，镶嵌10mm钛金线条，会给人精致的印象。
A curved platform has been added to the second floor corridor, with a surface made of marble and curved joints, paired with brown gray glass. The handrails are made of solid wood material and then painted with black gray matte paint. The ceiling is mainly simple, embedded with 10mm titanium gold lines, which will give people a delicate impression.

厨房整体是U型操作台，加上中间岛台的布局，蒸箱烤箱嵌入在高柜，冰箱嵌入柜子里面。柜子的饰面材质是风影木的，在定制柜子的时候，这个材质过了多次打样，最终确定下来这个。
The kitchen as a whole is a U-shaped operating table, with a layout of an island in the middle. The steamer and oven are embedded in the high cabinet, and the refrigerator is embedded in the cabinet. The decorative material of the cabinet is Wind Shadow Wood. When customizing the cabinet, this material was sampled multiple times and finally confirmed.

餐厅设计的是一套圆桌，因为家庭成员热闹，所以圆桌吃饭会更适合。餐边柜是两个到顶的玻璃柜，厨房移门藏在玻璃柜后面。打开后就会感觉很通透。
The restaurant is designed with a set of round tables, which are more suitable for family members to have a meal at. The sideboard is two glass cabinets that reach to the top, and the kitchen sliding door is hidden behind the glass cabinets. After opening, it will feel very transparent.

这是一楼的卫生间，主要是客卫，是三分离的，马桶间，小便池和干区都是独立可以使用的。
This is the bathroom on the first floor, mainly serving as a guest area, with three separate compartments. The toilet room, urinal, and dry area can all be used independently.

过道底部设计了一个到顶的玻璃柜，里面可以摆着各种装饰品，是一处不错的端景。
A glass cabinet has been designed at the bottom of the aisle, which can hold various decorations and is a great end view.
儿童玩耍区
这是一楼靠近客厅的儿童玩耍区，也是多功能的房间，软装还没有进去，感觉有点空。
This is the children's play area near the living room on the first floor, which is also a multifunctional room. The soft furnishings have not yet entered, so it feels a bit empty.

这是老人房，顶面走边吊顶加隐形灯带，吊顶镶嵌1公分的钛金条，床头用皮质硬包拼贴留出自然缝，不仅美观，而且使用起来也具有质感。这些设计都体现了对细节的关注和对品质的追求。这样的环境更有利于老人的身心健康，让他们在舒适和安逸中度过晚年生活。
This is the senior living room, with a suspended ceiling and invisible light strips on the top. The ceiling is embedded with a 1cm titanium strip, and the headboard is made of leather and hard wrapped to create natural seams. Not only is it beautiful, but it also has a textured feel when used. These designs reflect a focus on details and a pursuit of quality. This environment is more conducive to the physical and mental health of the elderly, allowing them to spend their later years in comfort and ease.

在过道区域，我们采用800*1600MM规格的大片瓷砖进行铺贴，以满足顶面吊平顶的装饰需求。门套则选用大理石材质，可提供更好的耐用性和方便的打理体验。
In the aisle area, we use large tiles with a size of 800 * 1600MM for tiling to meet the decoration needs of a suspended ceiling. The door frame is made of marble material, which provides better durability and convenient maintenance experience.

二层卫生间主要给老人和孩子用，整体是干湿分离的设计思路，干区设计两个面盆，台面用奢石加烤漆工艺，湿区有淋浴房和浴缸功能，浴缸斜放，淋浴房四周做了回水槽，这样在洗澡时，水会更快的流出。
The second floor bathroom is mainly used for the elderly and children, with an overall design concept of separating dry and wet areas. The dry area is designed with two basins, and the countertop is made of luxurious stones and baked paint technology. The wet area has shower and bathtub functions, with the bathtub tilted and a return sink around the shower area, so that water can flow out faster during bathing.

这里是三楼主卧，主卧室顶面是斜顶，所以在设计的时候，考虑斜顶设计了，这样空间会更开阔，床头背景墙用皮质软包来设计，融入了弧线形时尚设计元素，衣柜是真皮质包裹板材制作的，会在触感上更柔软。
This is the master bedroom on the third floor, with a sloping roof on top. Therefore, during the design process, a sloping roof design was taken into consideration to create a more spacious area. The headboard and background wall are designed with leather soft wrapping, incorporating curved and fashionable design elements. The wardrobe is made of genuine leather wrapped panels, which provide a softer touch.

衣帽间靠墙的两侧设计为高柜，柜门选用玻璃材质，并在柜子内部安装灯带，这样可以更加便捷地找到所需的衣物。这样的设计不仅增加了衣帽间的实用性，而且增强了视觉效果，彰显了时尚与品味。
The two sides of the cloakroom against the wall are designed as high cabinets, with glass doors and light strips installed inside the cabinets, making it easier to find the clothes you need. This design not only increases the practicality of the cloakroom, but also enhances the visual effect, highlighting fashion and taste.

欢迎来到位于三楼的书房。这个房间不仅与套房外部的露台相连，还通过斜顶设计充分利用了楼层高度。书房中的书桌是由奢石和不锈钢定制而成，既实用又符合整体装饰风格。
Welcome to the study located on the third floor. This room is not only connected to the terrace outside the suite, but also fully utilizes the floor height through a sloping roof design. The desk in the study is custom-made from luxury stones and stainless steel, which is both practical and in line with the overall decorative style.

我们一共有两个露台，其中一个露台被改造成了阳光房，用作洗衣房。因此，另一个露台则未进行封闭处理，以保持其开放式的特点。这个露台在贴砖上遇到了一些难点，由于露台和门落差较小，贴砖比较难做坡度，所以在铺贴中，用薄贴法来处理。
We have two terraces in total, one of which has been converted into a sunroom and used as a laundry room. Therefore, the other terrace was not enclosed to maintain its open nature. This terrace encountered some difficulties in tiling. Due to the small height difference between the terrace and the door, it was difficult to create a slope for tiling. Therefore, thin tiling method was used for tiling.

三楼卫生间是在套房内，卫生间墙面使用大砖铺贴，顶面用石膏板吊顶，浴缸和淋浴房并排设计，浴缸是大理石铺贴的，淋浴房地面也是大理石拉槽制作的。壁龛使用钛金制作的。
The third floor bathroom is located in the suite. The bathroom walls are paved with large bricks, and the ceiling is suspended with gypsum board. The bathtub and shower room are designed side by side, with the bathtub paved with marble and the shower room floor made of marble grooves. The niche is made of titanium.

整个楼梯是弧形旋转的，整体高端有15米高，顶面做圆形造型加上灯带，中间挂水晶灯，蛮震撼的。楼梯茶色灰玻，做扶手，玻璃是底座是用铁板焊接的，然后玻璃镶嵌在铁板槽中，牢固耐用。楼梯每个台阶下暗藏灯带，装有感应器，走在上面灯光是逐级点亮，就是现在流行的网红楼梯。
The entire staircase is curved and rotating, with a high-end height of 15 meters. The top is designed in a circular shape with a light strip, and a crystal light is hung in the middle, which is quite impressive. The staircase is made of brown grey glass, which serves as a handrail. The glass base is welded with iron plates, and then the glass is embedded in the iron plate groove, which is sturdy and durable. The stairs have hidden light strips at each step, equipped with sensors. Walking on them, the lights gradually turn on, which is the popular internet famous staircase nowadays.

因为小区设计的有下沉花园，所以地下室是有采光和通风的，顶面吊平顶设计，选作直接灯设计元素，背景墙用石材和黑色饰面搭配，黑色饰面板是带有不均匀的白线的，这样让整个材质更有质感，饰面板初有影音室的隐形门，关闭上门，很难发现门在哪里。
Because the community is designed with a sunken garden, the basement has natural lighting and ventilation. The ceiling is designed with a suspended ceiling and selected as a direct light design element. Some of the challenges encountered on the ceiling here are the presence of columns, which affect the overall aesthetics of the ceiling. After discussion, we decided to move the dimensions inward by 20 centimeters to make the entire space look organized.
